next year me and my husband are thinking about taking a cruise with our twins (will be 3 years old), our baby (will be almost 1), and our nieces (16) will be tagging along to help out with the kids when needed. me and my husband have gone on 3 cruises before our kids were born.
what cruise line would be the most fun for all of us (monitored childcare center, teen area, pool, & adult activities)?
where do you think we should cruise to?
do they have cribs or should we bring our own playpen for her to sleep in?
are we aloud to have a smaller stroller on board?
what is there to do for my little ones?

I’m looking for a double stroller for my newborn and 2 year old. I would like one I can put the car seat in back and toddler in front. The double sit n stand can hold 2 car seats, and is the one I’m leaning towards, because it converts to a normal sit n stand, which will be nice in a short while when my toddler is ready. However my concern is that my graco car seat won’t fit in this stroller. Thoughts and advice please?? 19 month old twin girls & a newborn on the way in March.

how am i supposed to get them around? 2 strollers are not an option most of the time because daddy’s in the military and gets shipped out a lot. triple strollers are caos and i couldnt go anywhere with it.

how am i supposed to change all of their diapers and watch them all when he is away? the twins are not ready for potty training (they are slow developers because they were premature). and when he starts walking, i am going to have a hard time watching 2 terrible 2 year olds and a new walker.

there is so much more that i dont think i can do by myself. & my husband cant quit because he is military. how would you handle this? this is NOT a one person job.

We are having twins (our first babies) and are looking around for double strollers. But we can’t really decide between a tandem (back/front) and a side by side. We want it to have the option to put infant car seats and not too many side by side strollers have the car seat option (I have been able to find only one side by side with car seat)
Our budge for the actual stroller is under 0 and the car seats about 0 each.

After much searching I am thinking about this one…. (with matching car seat)

I know it’s muuuuch more expensive but it has really great reviews (only allows for one infant car seat though).

I assume a small infant can also sit in this chair (considering one of the pictures provided by amazon).

But I guess this would mean we would still need infant car seats for the car…..for the first year anyway until they are ready to go into a bigger car seat.

I will have a newborn & 14 month old soon so I’m looking for a double stroller. Right now I’m down to a Graco DuoGlider double stroller or a Baby Trend double stroller that converts into a Sit n Stand for when my 14 month old gets older. I just don’t know if I’ll even use it as a Sit n Stand & I just don’t want to spend the extra for nothing. So any advice is greatly needed & appreciated!!

my mother and i are buying my sister in law a double stroller for her baby shower. i like the Kolcraft. Does anyone reccomend it? ive read good reviews on it. is a side by side better? what do you reccomend for a newborn and a 21 month old? i would love to get a phil & Ted’s but its too pricy. i also saw a chicco front to back but dont know if they are good or not! PLEASE HELP I HAVE TO BUY IT TODAY!

We are having a new baby in September. I know its a long while away. But my boyfriend is just…UGH! Anytime I mention ANYTHING about things that I want for the baby (ex:crib bedding, swing, stroller) he gets all cheap like saying things like "well, Mikaylee should be walking on her own, the baby can use her OLD stroller" or "theres 2 crib sets in the closet use one of those!". The stroller we have is TERRIBLE and BROKEN. Our daughter is 3, and HATES to walk around places! And he KNOWS THIS! I want a twin stroller, the one I picked out isn’t even that expensive and both kids will fit PERFECTLY in there! Why put out our daughter??? The crib sets we have are old and used and stained & were stuck in storage for about 2 years!!! Why is it so hard for us to get new ones? We’re NOT broke! And this stuff we’ll get at the shower ANYWAY! Plus the set I want is only 79.00 which is CHEAP compared to a lot i’ve seen! Am i being over sensitive? or is he being overly CHEAP??
This pregnancy was PLANNED, and with our daughter he was young and stupid and wasn’t even around during the pregnancy so he has NO clue what its like! He even had the balls to tell me that the baby didn’t even need a CRIB!!! What the hell is he THINKING??? He is VERY excited about the baby, but he has to be the most CHEAPEST person I have EVER EVER met! And its really upseting me and frustrating the hell out of me!
Cookie: LMAO! Thank you for making me crack up with the calm down! LOL, yes, I am definately calmer now. Deep Breathes work. His cheapness is not ONLY towards the baby. Its towards ANYTHING. But when he needs something for HIM or for his mom or sisters or scumbag BROTHER he has all the money in the world! Thats what drives me nuts more than anything.

I have no problem buying second hand things. With my daughter I had lots of 2nd hand things. And with this one a good friend of ours gave us a crib & changing table & toys and swing, bouncer & walker all from her son. I have NO PROBLEM WITH ANY OF IT. But the stuff we have is a WRECK. We did a lot of moving when our daughter was young and all of our things got pretty much destroyed. But hes one of those people that will use any scrap and make something CRAPPIER and swear it works! It drives me nuts! U should see our back patio! LOL I love him to death though, but geeeeeeeeeze! I was NOT raised cheap. He was.

Here are the features I am mostly looking for:
-fits a Graco car seat (doesn’t necessarily have to snap in but at least have special adapters/straps)
-seat fully reclines (or almost fully)
-canopy has a good coverage
-weighs less than 20 lb
-seat height (back rest) is at least 20"
-stroller max capacity of about 45-50lb
-at least 6" wheels
-stable/safe
-back closed when seat is reclined (no wind going through)

So far I’ve been considering:
Peg Perego Si (17 lb) with a weight capacity of 45lb, 6.5" wheels, 20" backrest, & excellent safety according to Consumer Reports;
Zooper Waltz (19 lb) with a weight capacity of 55lb, 6" front & 7" back wheels, 17" backrest (SHORT)
Baby Jogger City Mini (17 lb) which has a car seat adapter sold separately
First Years Indigo (22 lb – HEAVY) with a weight capacity of 50 lb, 23" backrest, and 7" front & 8" back wheels.

Which of these would be the BEST stroller? Or give me a suggestion of another stroller that I may be missing.
I’m not asking whether to get a car seat compatible lightweight stroller or not. I am getting one this weekend anyways because my daughter HATES being in strollers & LOVES car seats. And since I’m always on the go, it’s more convenient to transport the sleeping baby in the car seat. I’d like to use it instead of my heavy Graco system.
